HELLO!!! I reside in Spring, Texas with my husband, Brian, and our daughters, Ariell Rae and Addison Joi. As your trainer, I will focus on coaching you into a Lifestyle Change by touching all areas of your life. I have a MEd in Educational Administration, a BS in Kinesiology, and a relentless determination to get you sustainable results. My experiences include: Personal training, Nutritional coaching, Health & Physical Educator, Basketball/Volleyball/ Soccer Coach, Aerobic instructor, National cheerleading & NCAA basketball tournament competitor, and Marathoner. After sustaining a major knee injury and undergoing complete reconstuctive knee surgery my thirst for wellness begun. And now as a busy, full time working mom, and wife, I know first hand, how sometimes we can put our health last. Armed with these experiences, I am passionate about empowering you to achieve wellness and/or taking your play to the next level irregardles of what your right now looks like. I will meet you right where you are and challenge you every set, every bite, and everyday!
